§ 02 — The Process

How a project runs, start to finish.

A four-step rhythm — walkthrough, preparation, protection, finish. No surprises, no missed mornings, no vague timelines.

  1. Step 01

    Diagnose

On-site within 24 hours — same-day for no-heat emergencies. Licensed tech inspects the system, explains what's happening, and quotes in writing before a wrench turns.

  2. Step 02

    Design

Manual J load calc, duct evaluation, and equipment sized to your actual home. No one-size-fits-all. The wrong size is the single biggest reason HVAC systems fail early.

  3. Step 03

    Install

Clean crew, booties on, drop cloths down, permits pulled, old equipment hauled. Most jobs finished in one or two days with the house livable throughout.

  4. Step 04

    Maintain

Two tune-ups a year keep efficiency at peak and the manufacturer warranty valid. Members get priority response and repair pricing when something goes wrong.

§ 02 — Virtual Estimator

Get a written system estimate in under a minute.

Answer four questions about your home and our virtual estimator returns equipment options, rebate eligibility, and a transparent price range — before a single sales call.

§ 03The Heat-Pump Story

Heat pumps are the future. Seattle is ground zero.

Cold-climate heat pumps now perform at 5°F and below. Between PSE incentives, the federal 25C tax credit, and long-term operating cost, the right heat pump can pay for itself inside a decade. We handle the rebate paperwork so the savings don't get left on the table.

§ 04Proper Load Calc

Load calculated, not eyeballed.

Most HVAC failures trace back to equipment that was the wrong size for the house. We run a proper Manual J load calculation on every install, evaluate the ductwork, and seal the leaks that quietly burn efficiency. The right-sized system is the one that lasts.

§ 05Emergency Response

We show up when it's 19° and the furnace is out.

No-heat calls jump to the top of the schedule during cold snaps. On-site within hours, diagnosis explained in plain English, written quote before any work, truck stocked with the common parts — because a cold house at 5am isn't a tomorrow problem.

§ 06The Warranty

Ten years of labor, in writing.

Equipment warranty is only as good as the labor warranty behind it. Every install we do is backed by ten years of labor coverage — not the industry-standard two. Combine it with a maintenance plan and your system is covered end-to-end.
